winnie — squash blossoms were on the menu last night.

M and I cooked up a storm, albeit a small one. squash blossoms stuffed with herbed goat cheese (our own herbs), fried in a tempura batter. pan fried trout fillets, served with a garlic-chile aioli. mixed garden greens (supplemented by some supermarket mesclun mix) topped with nasturtium blossoms and lighted sauteed baby zucchini. I was so full, and so happy.
