sorry, sorry, sorry. i’ve been a bad blogger. i’ve been wrapped up in my knitting. i’ve finished the back and front of my sweater, and i’m working on the sleeves. i really should be taking more pictures of my finished projects, but for some reason, i keep giving them away before this happens. in any case, to compensate for my absence, a few pictures perhaps?

tim & i have been cooking at home alot lately. correction: tim’s been cooking. but i’ve been a very helpful, er, helper.

the meal that inaugurated my new le creuset skinny grill pan: grilled pork chops, sauteed swiss chard with bacon, apple-mustard chutney, pan-roasted cauliflower, and caramelized apples. kids, grills pans have to be one of the funnest cooking vessels ever. i’m going to start grilling everything. isn’t the pork chop pretty?

tim made spaghetti and meatballs last week, and we decided the leftovers would be better suited for fuckin’ amazing hero sandwiches, as opposed to more spaghetti. he topped them with sauteed onions and peppers, provolone and chili pepper flakes. yeah, they were as good and sloppy as they look.

in other news, fred and i wrote articles for the tech on traveling to new york and eating there. guess who wrote which?
