
I cannot stop eating tomato-mayo sandwiches; always toasted, but sometimes closed-face, open-face, Hellmann’s, homemade, Greenmarket, CSA, heirloom, Jersey beefs — I’d even say that this might be the only use for a refrigerated tomato (if you really must subject it to that). I’m up to two a day.






i’m so jealous. i’m on my way to sf with lydia via car, and all we’ve had time for is some pretty fast food. eat. go. anyway, i was going to suggest some avocado in your sandwich (which also happens to be my mom’s favorite), but did i see a slice of slightly unfocused green stuff in the back of your sandwich?
